Creole Kitchen Fiesta & Lushan Country Life
This tour is a fusion of several different encounters including:
bird watching, butterflies, trees, herbs, fruits, flowers,
medicinal gardens, interactive Creole cooking session and a
whole lot more. Listen to the trees whisper as you walk pass
the turmeric patch, bayleaf trees, and cinnamon trees. Your
guide will point out all the various species of plants and
allow sampling of fresh fruits grown on the plantation. On
this tour you can join an interactive Creole cooking session:
Hot crispy Creole bakes, steaming pots of hearty bouillon,
provisions slowly roasted over genuine clay coal pots,
green banana salad or other specials of the day.
Get ready to
knead small dumplings, toss fresh herbs and provisions, or
pull callaloo leaves. With help from the chef, you will leave
this tour a qualified Creole cook. After enjoying this creole
experience you may visit the gift shop or relax to the
chirping of the birds before returning to the hotel.
Each island has its own appeal and natural
wonders to explore. Take a hop over
to one of the exotic isles that surround
“Fair Helen.” You’ve come this far. Why
not complete your Caribbean adventure
with a visit to one of our sister islands by
air or boat.

Martinique - Savoir Faire
“Savoir Faire”
Enjoy a full day of sun, fun, shopping, sight seeing, and snorkeling on board the Flying Ray, a top of the line catamaran that can zip you comfortably to Fort de France in 90 minutes. A continental breakfast is served on board before reaching Fort de France, the capital city of Martinique. A guide will take you to the main attractions in the City or you may browse on your own.
We then cruise towards Anse Noire where our barbecue will be served. Enjoy the wine, fresh baguette, cheese and the captain’s special dessert. After lunch there is time to swim, snorkel or just laze on the sundeck or the beach to work on that perfect tan.
Our return journey takes you along the coast towards the Diamond Rock, a Martinique landmark still bearing the marks of a famous battle between the English and the French, after being occupied by British troops some 150 years ago.
Along our sail back to St. Lucia enjoy the sight of the Caribbean fun loving dolphins. Upon arrival your coach will take you back to your hotel.
