Rainforest Trek - High Impact
Descend through varied shades of green in the rain forest

journey by open-topped land rover jeep,
stocked with water and soft drinks will arrive
at the outskirts of the western forests of
Fond St. Jacques where you will embark on an
exhilarating one hour hike.
Keep a lookout for rare parrots while your
St. Lucian Forestry guide points out vanilla
vines, the lacey five-fingered leaf of the Bois Pain
Marron, brilliant heliconias, and other fascinating
flora and fauna. Relax and bathe at a beautiful
waterfall and natural pool before heading
uphill by a different trail to take the jeep to the

Barre De L’isle Rain Forest Hike
Barre De L'isle is located in the heart of the St. Lucian rain
forest. Accessible by road, it is approximately a 30-minute
drive from Castries. Enter the rain forest at the base of the
2000-foot Morne la Combe. A one-mile walk takes you to
the highest elevation of the trail. From here, one can view
the majestic Mount Gimie, St. Lucia’s highest mountain and
an unparalleled view of Cul-de-sac valley, the Caribbean Sea
and Mobouya Valley on the Atlantic coast.
An experience
not to be matched with magical encounters including a rare
collection of ferns, wild orchids, hummingbirds, butterflies,
medicinal trees, plants, and possibly spotting the elusive, St.
Lucian parrot (Amazona Versicolor).

Golf - Unleash the Tiger Within
The St. Lucia Golf & Country Club is located at the northern
end of the island, only minutes from major hotels and
Castries. Set at the foot of the scenic rolling hills of Cap Estate,
the Golf Course offers panoramic views of both the Atlantic
Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. After a round of 9 or 18
holes of golf on the 6,836 yard, par 71course, a visit to the
pro shop for a wide selection of golf equipment and accessories
is a must. Refreshments and meals are available at the
bar and grill.
